Panel Discussion: Using Technology To Build A Better Back Office

Ben leads both the Billing & Collections team which is responsible for making sure the offices get paid as quickly and as accurately as possible. He also heads up Patient Services which aims to provide a superior patient experience with to patients who call into any Mortenson Dental Partners office. Ben has a background in Healthcare Operations and oddly enough was once a theatrical talent agent. As he will tell you repeatedly, he is from New York and prefers an everything bagel, lightly toasted with lox and tomato-hold the cream cheese.
